Classic car restoration 2Steve Green is an award-winning classic car restoration enthusiast with over 20 years’
experience of restoration projects.  We know that cleaning a car body or mechanical parts back to bare metal is crucial in the resotration process – it is also difficult, dirty and, frankly boring!

When we looked around for the solution to this, we discovered the power of blast cleaning. We blast clean all of our classic car restoration projects so you can be sure that we take a lot of care in the process. We promise not to distort your panels or other car parts – but we can’t promise what we might find hidden under the paint or rust – newspapers, socks, magnets holding wings on…
Our classic car restoration workshop in North Yorkshire provides soda and glass blasting services for paint removal on a variety of objects from classic cars to garden furniture. This eco-friendly process leaves surfaces clean and smooth, and ready for painting or restoration – services which we also offer.

Soda and glass blasting is non-damaging, so it can be used on a range of surface types, including steel, aluminium, fibre-glass, masonry, hard woods, cast iron and wrought iron.

Alternatively, we can use fine recycled glass which can be used on most of the same surfaces to remove rust but it is not suitable for use with aluminium.
We can blast anything that can be brought to our workshop – so our service is essentially not only a regional one in the North East of England, but also a national one.
